さて、今日は朝早くの間しか営業していないという伝説のお蕎麦屋さん、鷹匠にいって来ました！
通り沿いに、ふっと、こじんまりとした佇まいのため、よく見ていないと気づけない方もいるかもしれません。一度、行ったことがあるので、通りを一本間違えたりしましたが、なんとか見つけることができました！

店内に入ると、すでに満席近いお客さんがいらっしゃいました。
店内は、極めてシンプルでおしゃれな空間です。奥には木の年輪をかたどった布系のアート作品に、大きな木のテーブル。床暖房の入った床板、下駄箱には季節の花がひっそりと飾られています。
新聞を読んで、待っているとすぐに店員さんが案内してくれました。今日のコボちゃんはハクビシンがテーマでした。
憧れの鴨せいろは、また次回。盛り合わせと焼き味噌はこの前食べましたが、どの品も選び抜かれた美意識を感じさせます。
本日、この後お花見の予定がなければ鷹勇を飲みたかった(Ｔ＿Ｔ）！！！
自分は深山を注文しました！はじめてきたぶり子さんはハーフ＆ハーフです。
温かいそば茶を飲んで、しばし、談笑していると、お蕎麦の登場です！

何事も通人ぶるのが好きですから、今日も粋な人の真似をして、蕎麦つゆにはつけず、はじめはp蕎麦のみ、食べておりましたら、そば粉のかほりと、もちもち、しこしことした歯ごたえが実に香り豊かで香ばしく、しばらく、もぐもぐと食べておりました。結局半分くらいお直蕎麦だけで食べてしまいました。
偽りても賢を学ばんを賢というべし。本当に賢くなってしまったのでしょうか、その後、蕎麦つゆをつけて食べて見たのですが、やっぱり、ただお蕎麦だけを食べてしまいます。これ、ひょっとしたら、塩だけでいいかもしれない。うっすら、塩をふりかけて、食べて見てもいいかなとも思いました。次回きたら、それをやってみたいと思います。
